He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond L. Benoit and Katherine V. Benoit (McCathern); and his sister Mary Jane Henry (Benoit). He is survived by : his daughters, Natalie Heim (Michael) of Beverly and Nikki Benoit of Miami; his grandchildren, Heather Carter (Nicholas) and Pierce Heim; his great grandchild Charlotte Carter; and his sisters, Elizabeth McMann (Sean) of Florida, Susan Smola (Benoit) of Ohio and Alison Benoit of Ohio. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Campbell Funeral Home (525 Cabot St, Beverly, MA 01915).
