He was predeceased by : his siblings, Rose M. Bethoney (Thomas), Maroun Maroun (late Sarah) and Tony Maroun (late Carla). He is survived by : his spouse Nawal Maroun (El-Osta Kairuz); his children, Nina M. Kellley (James) of Norwood, Yolla Fogarty (Bob) of Sudbury, Fadia Brangwynne (Jim) of Mansfield, John Maroun (Rynnette) of Marlborough and George Maroun (Luciana) of Westwood; and his siblings, Chaiban Maroun (Matilda), John Maroun (Yuvonne), Abraham Maroun and Vincent Maroun (late Andrea). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 16th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home (22 Oak St, Hyde Park, MA 02136). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Lebanon Church (61 Rockwood St, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130). A burial was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at the Mt. Benedict Cemetery.
