He was predeceased by : his parents, Floyd T. Walker and Rose A. Walker (Gibbons); and his brothers-in-law, Donald Ducharme (Rita) and Norman Ducharme (Maryann). He is survived by : his wife Ruby (Ducharme); his children, Denise Walker (Greg Haas) of Tyngsborough, Janine Walsh (Thomas) of Tyngsborough, Reginald Walker of Chelmsford and Richard Walker (Lucia) of Lowell; his grandchildren, Thomas "TJ" Walsh (Deannah), Corey (Jennifer), David Walsh, Jaclyn Walsh (Teddy Siebert), Brittany, Nicholas, Taylor-Rose and Raymond Walker (Brett); his great grandchildren, Chloe, Abby, Finley, Kenji, Keiko and Forest; his granddaughter Katie Lizabeth Walsh; his sister Maureen Guthrie; his siblings-in-law, Jacqueline AmRhein (late James) and Gerard Ducharme (Frances); and his godchildren, Jim AmRhein, Dawn Guerin, Kathleen Bailey and Julie Neville.

A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, May 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St. Margaret Church (374 Stevens St, Lowell, MA 01851). A committal service was held on Thursday, May 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. Joseph Cemetery Chapel (96 Riverneck Rd, Chelmsford, MA 01824).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Margaret of Scotland Parish or to the Eternal Word Television Network.
