He is survived by : his children, Gerald G. Moothart, Jr. (Anne) of Conway, NH and Mary L. McIntosh (William) of Mansfield; his grandchildren, Geoff Giles, Gerald G. Moothart, III, Gilbert Moothart, Amanda Cabrera, Billy McIntosh, Justin McIntosh and Katrina McIntosh; his great grandchildren, Savannah, Amie and Trent; and his girlfriend Ruth Topper.
