He was predeceased by : his siblings, Douglass Jack (Jane) of Windham, NH and Heather Jack; and his parents, George A. Jack and Alice Jack. He is survived by : his wife Katherine M. Jack (Quinn); his children, Brian A. Jack (Margaret) of Watertown, CT, Kevin J. Jack (Anne) of Reading, Maureen K. Primrose (Scott) of Allendale, NJ, Kenneth E. Jack of Woburn and Bonnie E. McCulloch (George) of Bedford; and his sister Nola Bennett (Jack) of Plum Island.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Douglass, Edgerley & Bessom Funeral Home (25 Sanborn St, Reading, MA 01867). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Athanasius Church (300 Haverhill St, Reading, MA 01867).
