It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carlene E. Joiner of Seekonk, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 1, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Phyllis Esther Chase Hoglund and Stanley Fred Hoglund of East Providence. She is survived by : her husband James Fred Joiner; her brother Dr. Kenneth Hoglund (Karen); her daughters, Rachel Joiner-Escola (Michael Escola) and Rebecca Joiner Pracht (Nathan Pracht); and her granddaughters, Sarah, Kalgarie and Hannah. She is also survived by her niece and nephew.

Donations in her memory could be made to Friends of Pomham Rock, Barrington Baptist Church, or Moody Radio which brought her hours of joy and worship in her final years.
