With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Bernice D. Laterreur of Springfield, Massachusetts, born in Fall River, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Bernice left this world on May 15, 2024 at the age of 81, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Omer Clement and Beatrice Clement (Boyer); her husband Gilles A. Laterreur; her children, Richard, James and Bernadette Laterreur; and her sister Pauline Gauthier.

She is survived by : her children, Janice (Rene Bryant), Brenda (Kevin Stackhouse), Donald (Lisa Joseph), Gilles O. (Dorothy Laterreur), Elianne Gelinas of West Springfield and Theresa "Terry" (David Denehy); her brother Roger Clement of Hartford, CT; and also Janice Terry (Gloria Stuart) of Pawtucket, RI. She is also survived by many grandchildren, other extended family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, May 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services (15 Ludlow Ave, Springfield, MA 01151). A funeral service was held on Sunday, May 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
