He is survived by : his children, Paul Jr., Kristain and Pamela; his brothers, Carl Hervieux and Richard Hervieux Jr.; his grandchildren, Matthew Rivera Jr., Kaolani Rivera, Xavior Negron, Andrew Auclair and Bentley Farwell; his brother-in-law Allan Woodbury; his nephews, Taylor and Tanner; his niece Amanda; and his friends, Patti, Warner Cross and Maurice Ruetier.
