He is survived by : his brother Albert Stephen; his sister-in-law Diana Jean Gilpatrick; his nephews, Thomas Brian Gilpatrick Daggett of Rockville, MD. and Samuel William Gilpatrick Daggett of Rockville, MD.; and his cousin Linda A. Cerce (Vincent Cerce, Sr.) of Taunton, MA..
