It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Carlton Tawney (Federalsburg, Maryland), born in Preston, Maryland, who passed away on February 19, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Maurice Zimmerman and Ruth May Zimmerman. He is survived by : his siblings, David Brown (Bambi) of Laurel and Carla Hall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
