She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Derr and Ann Derr (Hendricks); her husband Richard A. Sterenberg; and her daughter Debra A. Hart. She is survived by : her daughter Lori Stevens (Mark); her son-in-law David Hart; her grandchildren, Amanda Ghezzi (Berry), Adam Stevens, Jeremy Stevens (Lara), David Hart, Jr. (Melissa), Lindsay Moore (Drew) and Brian Stevens (Sydney Zayler); and her brothers, Ron Derr (Darlene) and Roger Derr. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services (6291 Harvey St, Norton Shores, MI 49444). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral and Cremation Services (6291 Harvey St, Norton Shores, MI 49444).
