He was predeceased by : his parents, Michael Jr. Miklosovic and Neva Miklosovic (Johnson). He is survived by : his significant other Janet; his children, Ronald Miklosovic (Kimberly), Gary Miklosovic (Laurie), Sandra Bricker (Joseph) and Jane Chickering (Jesse); and his brothers, Herbert (Carol) and William Miklosovic (Cathy). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
