He was predeceased by : his parents, Clinton Mellen and Mary Jane Mellen. He is survived by : his children, Jason, Daniel Jr. and Sandra Mellen; and his siblings, Katherine, Patricia, Clayton and Michael. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and many extended family and friends.
