He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Lee Blackmon, Sr. and Delores Louise Linton Blackmon; his wife Wanda Lee Norris Blackmon; and his sister Peggy Blackmon. He is survived by : his sisters, Lori Woodard of Chadbourn and Lynda Pero of Saginaw, Michigan; his nephew A. J. Woodard (Amanda) of Chadbourn; his nieces, Gracie Woodard of Chadbourn, Melanie Woodard of Chadbourn and Kelly Dalton of Saginaw, Michigan; and his great-nephew Nicholas Woodard. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews on his wife.
