She was predeceased by : her mother Mommie; and her grandmother Jean. She is survived by : her children, Jim (Kathy), David (Lori) and Katherine "Kat" (Doug); her grandchildren, John (Beth), Jennifer (James) and Shannon (Matt); her great grandchildren, Devan, Emma, Anthony, Cameron, Cayden and Levi; and also Salanda.

A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, May 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Gabriel St. Gabriel Catholic Church (3016 Providence Rd, Charlotte, NC 28211).
