Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Eva Luz Stamey of Monroe, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 86, on April 28, 2024. She was predeceased by : her parents, Francisco Rivera and Antonia Torres; and her husband Robert "Bobby" Stamey. She is survived by : her children, Arnaldo Gonzalez Rivera (Beth) of Advance, NC, Maribel Langston of Monroe, NC and Elizabeth "Ellie" Stamey of Monroe, NC.; her great grandchildren, Brittany Gonzalez, Michael Langston and Shane Langston (Christin Langston); her siblings, Neftali Rivera, Neida Rivera, Nydia Rivera and Luis Antonio Rivera of Cayey; and her pets, PeeWee and CJ.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home - Indian Trail Chapel (4431 Old Monroe Rd, Indian Trail, NC 28079).
