She is survived by : her children, Janette Lee Bayley of Bolivia, Dianne Lee Braun (Carl) of Southport, Donna Lee Bradley (David) of Raleigh and Praise Connor Lee II of Charlotte; her granddaughter Hannah Bradley Papes (Dylan) of Raleigh; and her great grandchild Jessica Leigh Papes of Raleigh. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews and their extended families.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 from 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM at the McEwen Funeral Service (5716 Monroe Rd, Charlotte, NC 28212). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
