She was predeceased by : her parents, Willie Anderson and Charlotte Anderson; and her siblings, James Johnson and Betty Anderson Crowder. She is survived by : her sisters, Mary A. Hill (William), Janie A. Thompson, Pearline Anderson and Willie Mae Kai Tongi. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the A. E. Grier & Sons (2310 Statesville Ave, Charlotte, NC 28206). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
