In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Debra had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Debra may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Bud Moore and Hannah Moore (Jones); and her brother Danny Moore. She is survived by : her husband Rick of Sherrill; her son Aaron Hatch; her grandson Liam Hatch of Sherrill; her stepdaughter Nell Garvey (Bryan); her stepgrandchildren, Jonah and Kye Garvey of Syracuse; and her friends, Sharon Mercier, Cindy Hastings and Cindy Tormey. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Campbell-Dean Funeral Home (260 Main St, Oneida, NY 13421). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
