He was predeceased by : his parents, Eppie Marshall and Lena Marshall; his brothers, Rex and Frank Turner, Jr.; and his mother-in-law Alberta C. Wakefield.

He is survived by : his grandson Nalon Billingsley; and his siblings, Jackie Togan, Tony Marshall (Ester), Tracy Muhammad (Baylor), Charlotte Lucus (Bruce), Kermit Marshall (Katie), Kay Marshall, Janice Williams (Jay) and Lisa Harrison. He is also survived by ses his wife, children and grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, May 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (343 New Karner Rd, Albany, NY 12205).
