He was predeceased by : his father Dennis Sr.; and his stepparents, Marlene Baudendistel and Bill LaBolt. He is survived by : his daughters, Natasha Martons (Tim) of Marlboro, N. Y, Ashley Baudendistel of Bloomingburg, NY and Kelly Baudendistel (Ryan) of Cuddebackville; his mother Virginia Burns of Ridgebury, NY; his brothers, Dennis Baudendistel Jr. of Middletown, NY, Mike Baudendistel (Karen) of Ridgebury, NY and Keith Baudendistel of Wurtsboro; and his grandchildren, Chase, Jack Marton, Leah Robinson, Zoey Yerkes and Kendal Madeline.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Mental Health Association of Orange County.
