She was predeceased by : her husband John Garrett; and her son John Garrett Jr.. She is survived by : her children, Dana Faron, Matthew Garrett and Keith Garrett (Jenn); her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Julia and Jack; and her brother Carmen Parenti.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM and at 12:00 PM at the St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church (2800 NY-17K, Middletown, NY 10915).
