We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2024, at the age of 93, Theresa Pingotti (Middletown, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Louis C. Pingotti; her former life partner Richard G. Smith; and her parents, Angelo Vellake (Julie) and Rose Vellake. She is survived by : her daughters, Julie Gessner (William) of Cuddebackville, NY and Deborah Decker (Daryl) of Port Jervis, NY; her stepson Louis Pingotti (Skip) of St. Augustine, FL; her grandchildren, Chelsea, Jared Gessner, Donald and Christopher Smith; her great grandchildren, Brody, Riley, Nathaniel and Isla Smith; her sister Linda Sheehan (Kenneth) of Milford, PA; and her niece Amy Sheehan of New York, NY..

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in her memory.
