It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas James Macklin of Middletown, New York, who passed away on April 26, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, James Macklin and Mary Macklin (Connelly). He is survived by : his wife Adeline Macklin (O'Mahony); his children, Siobhán Henry (Garrett Henry), James Macklin (Stacey Macklin) and Martha Randazzo (Joseph Randazzo); and his grandchildren, Chelsea Henry, Casey Macklin, Myles Henry, Brody Henry, Olivia Randazzo, Ryan Henry, Madison Randazzo and Vincent Randazzo.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Donovan Funeral Home (82 S Church St, Goshen, NY 10924). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist RC Church (71 Murray Ave, Goshen, NY 10924).

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Thomas's name to the Lewy Body Dementia Fund of the American Brain Foundation.
