He was predeceased by : his parents, Levi Richard and Doris Pullen (Taylor); and his sisters, Donna Mills, Nancy Pullen and Pamela Mills.

He is survived by : his brothers, Richard Pullen of Fulton and Dennis Pullen of Hannibal; his girlfriend Gloria Pittsley; his girlfriend's children, Billy, Jody Pittsley (Shoults), Jamie, Jennifer Pittsley (Ledford), Katrina and Clifford Pittsley (Dygert); and his grandchildren, Matthew Hogan, Maggie Martin (Hogan-Pittsley), Mackenzie Longo (Pittsley), John Dygert, Jasmine Dygert-Pittsley and Zacchaeus Pittsley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
