He was predeceased by : his wife Sharon M. Phillips; his children, Shannon Marie Phillips and Darren Patrick Phillips; and his brother Frederick Phillips. He is survived by : his sons, Scott Phillips of Fulton and James "Lee" Phillips (Kate) of Las Vegas; his grandson Merit Wilkinson of Ithaca; and his siblings, Barbara Frankosky of Jordan, Edward Phillips of Atlanta and John Phillips (Tina) of Massena.
