He is survived by : his wife Agatha Kelly (De Belles); his children, Theresa Kelly (Tess) of Novi, Paula Tighe (Mike) of Pulaski, Carla Bowers (Peter) of Napa and Joseph (Rusty); his grandchildren, Scott and Jennifer; his great grandchild Tai; and his siblings, Thomas Kelly, Margaret Chetney (Daniel) and Mary Ellen Wallace (Edward) of Clayton, N. Y..
