Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jacquelyn Marie Rouse (Muskogee, Oklahoma), who passed away at the age of 70, on May 11, 2024. She was predeceased by : her parents, Naomi Wickliff of Vinita and William Ragsdale Jr. of Muskogee, Oklahoma.; her daughter Dawnyel Ragsdale; her siblings, Verna Lee Wickliff, LaRita Thomas and Thurman Wickliff; and her niece Daysha Jackson.

She is survived by : her sons, Keoindray Ragsdale Sr. (Shakira) and Kentrel Harris (Chasity); her grandchildren, Octavia, Kevointe, Kaelyn, Koreea, Brayden, Keoindray Jr., Taylen, Kennedi and Khalia; her nephew George Wickliff; and her nieces, Rhonda Wickliff, Lacretia Smith and Cotina Thomas.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church (1715 Wewoka St, Muskogee, OK 74401).
