We are sad to announce that on May 12, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Helen Phyllis Groninger of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, born in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Helen Phyllis may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Helen Phyllis touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by : her parents, John C. Davis and Elva Davis (Conrad); her husband William Groninger; and her brother Norman Davis. She is survived by : her children, Mark Groninger (Beth) of Carlisle and Alisa Eramo (Mark) of Enola; and her siblings, Harold Davis (late Ginny) of McElevys Fort, PA, Doris Zucca (late Louis) of Vineland, NJ and Marlene Sampsel (Mike) of Milton, PA.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Carlisle (770 S Hanover St, Carlisle, PA 17013).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Phyllis's name to the Benevolent Fund at Chapel Pointe, 770 S. Hanover St., Carlisle, PA 17013.
