He was predeceased by : his parents, Rose Frasca and Charles Frasca; and his siblings, Philip Frasca and Rena Frasca Labriola. He is survived by : his brother John Frasca. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a multitude of friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the William F. Gross Funeral Home, Ltd. (11735 Frankstown Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15235). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (310 Shady Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15206).
