She was predeceased by : her parents, James Coudriet and Sarah Josephine Coudriet (Conaway); and her husband Wilford F. Price, Jr.. She is survived by : her children, Raymond L. Moritz, Jr. of Airville, Frank A, Moritz, II of Red Lion, Todd E. Moritz of York, April D. Moritz of York and Justin K. Price of York. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, three step grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; four sisters and a brother.
