It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John W. Plitt of York, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 11, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his wife Joan G. L. Plitt (Terpak); and his parents, John Henry and A. Elaine Plitt (Bierkamp). He is survived by : his children, Jody N. Nitchman (Michael) of York, PA and John W. Plitt, Jr. (Sylvia Causey) of Myrtle Beach, SC. He is also survived by three grandchildren and a great grandson.
