He was predeceased by : his wife Mary Postle (Brady); his parents, Wilfred Sr. Postle and Florence Postle (Taylor); his daughter Barbara Peloquin; and his siblings, Ernest, James, Wilfred Jr. Postle and Florence Rhodes.

He is survived by : his son Alfred D. Postle Jr. (Dawn); his granddaughters, Sydney, Taylor Postle and Samantha Peloquin; and his great grandchild Vivienne Burgess. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
