With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jennie Lynn Simpson of Fort Lawn, South Carolina, born in Edgemoor, South Carolina, who passed away on April 28, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Jennie Lynn shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Jennie Lynn farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Curtis Simpson and Janie Catherine Sanders Simpson; and her siblings, Jim, Pat, Bill Simpson, Mary Nichols and Nancy Bailey.

She is survived by : her siblings, Jerry Simpson (Judy) of Edgemoor and Gale Jerolmon (Dave) of Edgemoor. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Harmony Baptist Church (5403 State Rd 51, Edgemoor, SC 29712). A graveside service was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
