She was predeceased by : her parents, Gertrude McNeal and John Willie Scott; and her siblings, Roberta Ollie and Leon McNeal. She is survived by : her children, Rolanda McNeal, RoSheka Onwu (Ralph), Kendra McNeal, Roderick McNeal and Rodney McNeal (Indria); and her sisters, Betty Hudson and Linda McNeal. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
