He was predeceased by : his parents, Marcus "Mark" Price and Lavinia "Mae" Price. He is survived by : his wife Vicky; his children, Tanya Frantz (Dwayne) of Midland and Leslie "Denise" Crawford (Michael) of Midland; and his grandchildren, Casey, Logan, Nadia (Samantha Primera), Skylar (Jadan Williams) and Shelby Crawford.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 8th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home (3800 N Big Spring St, Midland, TX 79705). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Resthaven Memorial Park - Midland (4616 N Big Spring St, Midland, TX 79705).
