The memory of Betty L. Skaggs of Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 24, 2024 at the age of 89, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by : her parents, Mabel Sorensen and Lee Sorensen; her husband Robert Skaggs; her son Benjamin; and her siblings, Lucille Eberlein and Robert "Sornie" Sorensen.

She is survived by : her children, Bob (Debi), Bruce (Christine Cimino), Brent and Brenda Hemstead (Brent); her grandchildren, Bob Skaggs (Angie), Mathew Skaggs (Melanie), Jake Kneifl (Catherine), Kristy Skaggs (John), Brandon Hemstead (Kristina) and Brooke Ruot (Zach); and her brother Gary Sorensen. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
