He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Walter Sohn, Carl and Dorothy Clark; and his uncles, James Mahl, Bob DeBano, Donald Jones and Ron Herkowski.
He is survived by : his parents, David Sohn and Joan Clark; his brother Joshua (Kaysee Ackerman); and his grandmother Patricia Sohn (Amber). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ballhorn Chapels Funeral & Cremation Care Center (1201 N 8th St, Sheboygan, WI 53081). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Ballhorn Chapels (1201 N 8th St, Sheboygan, WI 53081).
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Jacob's name to assist the family with funeral expenses.
