It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lou Herman of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, born in Monroeville, Indiana, who passed away on May 12, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Knefelkamp and Esther Montaba Knefelkamp; her husband Walter Herman; and her nieces, Pat Forkner and Gail Dippel.

She is survived by : her niece Diane Darkow; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Anthony Forkner (Stephanie), Christopher Forkner (Terri Dufresne), Garrett Forkner (Renee), Jeffrey Bahrs (Sara), Justin Bahrs, Jennifer Olson (Matt), Nancy Woodward, John Chavlovich (Karen), David Chavlovich (Stephanie) and Mark Chavlovich. She is also survived by numerous great great nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service (1132 Superior Ave, Sheboygan, WI 53081). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

A memorial fund has been established in her name.
