She is survived by : her sons, David Smith (Carole) and Edward Smith (Lisa); her foster children, Ralph Richards and Donna Chipps; her grandson Scott Vanfossen; and her son-in-law Jim Teters. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty two great grandchildren; seven great great grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Funeral Home (1934 Dupont Rd, Parkersburg, WV 26101).
