With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Carol Singer (Parkersburg, West Virginia), who passed away on April 24, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Howard Robinson and Eleanor Robinson; and her husband Don Singer. She is survived by : her son Brian Singer; her grandchildren, Bryson, Addison and Audrey Singer; her daughter Dr. Amy Singer (Steven Bybee) of Tucson; her grandchildren, Lincoln, Harper and Isaac Bybee; her brother Robert Robinson (Carolyn) of Charlottesville; and her pet Charlie. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (1001 Juliana St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
