With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William C. Phillips of Parkersburg, West Virginia, born in Fairbanks, Alaska, who passed away on April 18, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though William may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William Phillips and Inis Phillips (West). He is survived by : his cousins, John Harris (Fonda) and Charles Hamilton (Angelina). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Vaughan-Kimes Funeral Home & Crematory (521 Fifth St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
