He was predeceased by: his parent Cliff Smith; and his sibling-in-law Susanne. He is survived by: his parent Laurie Collins; his siblings-in-law, Brian, Joanne, Wonetta, Cam, Graeme, Karen, Ricky and Trish; and his children, Christopher, Rosemary, Loretta, Belinda, Katherine and Jackson. He is also survived by grandfather and great grandfather.
