He was predeceased by: his parents, Alford Edward Clark and Myrtie Catherine Alphin; his sisters, Hazel Clark Kinlaw, Myrtle Clark Cameron and Kathleen Clark Williams; and his son Henry Edward Clark II (Hank).
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Melvin Clark; his son Stephen Clark (Elizabeth); his daughter-in-law Bonnie Clark; his grandchildren, Chase Clark and McKenzie Stafford (Thomas); and his great grandchild McKenna Stafford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Judson Baptist Church building fund.
