She was predeceased by: her sibling David Kovalenko. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Kushim, Marlene Jehle (Chuck) and Steve Kushim; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Kristen, Lauren and Ainsley; and her sibling Gloria.
