She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Joseph Kohlhase; and her siblings, Jack Westley, Armond Westley, Thelma Sittler, Laverne Sittler, Hilda Knetz, Frank Westley, Ada Eckman, Venona Miller and George Kenneth Westley.

She is survived by: her sons, Glenn Albert Kohlhase (Paulette) of Smith Station, AL and Brian Joseph Kohlhase of Phenix City, AL; and her grandchildren, Jason, Brianna, Donna and John. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and many caring friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Philadelphia Baptist Church Library fund.
