He is survived by: his wife Joyce Mills; his children, Randolph A. Mills, Jr., Debbie Bastian, Dana Knight, Dolores Richards, Wanda Brooks and Lisa Jayne; and his sister Ellen Dodson. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
