She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Jack; her children, Yvette McRae and Hayley (Nicholas Wordsworth); her grandchildren, John, Johanna, Natalie, Philippa, Patrick and Allison; and her great grandchild Aris.

In accordance with Covid-19 Government regulations, a requiem mass celebrating Aileen's life will be held at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Griffith on Friday 11th September commencing at 1. 00pm, followed by an interment in the Griffith Lawn Cemetery.
