It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony Austin O'Grady (North Ryde, New South Wales), who passed away on December 19, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Troy and Cordelia; his siblings, Sharyn and Suellen; and his siblings' children, Nicholas and Laura.
