We are sad to announce that on November 26, 2018, at the age of 96, Hazel Hay (North Ryde, New South Wales) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Jessie. She is survived by: her siblings, Phyllis, Nancy and Ronald; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nicholas, Joanne, Ross, Timothy and Craig; and also, Annie, Josh, Ella, Jake, Jessie, Scarlett, Oscar, Patrick, Lachlan, Bruno, Eliza and Luca.
